Payment by Credit Card: After your credit card has been charged, you will receive an order confirmation and delivery date (usually within 12-72 hours).

Payment By Check or Money Order: Make checks out to Plum Island Soap Co. when the check clears we will ship ASAP. Returned checks will be charged the current bank rate ($30).

Extended Terms: The Plum Island Soap Company does not extend Net Terms at this time.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be added after order is placed. Shipping in the continuous United States typically runs about 10% of the total order but may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination. We work very hard to keep our shipping and handling costs reasonable.

Tax ID: We Must Have Your Tax ID Number on File to Ship Wholesales Orders Tax Exempt!

Shipping Outside the USA: We currently do not ship our product outside the United States.

Canceling or Changing an Order: If for any reason you decide to return your order we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee. You have 7 days from the delivery date to return our products. If you have any order changes before we ship please contact us and we will make sure to make any needed changes without penalty.

We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is fraudulent, unreasonable, or otherwise.
